Yes, it's the Air Force Commander General Manchester Chung of the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison (中國人民解放軍駐香港部隊) again! Here's the drawing of him, standing next to his residential hangar at the Shek Kong Airfield (石崗機場), wearing his own helmet, similar to my other OC from Macau, Khalel Pang (彭語雲), but with different colors for the symbol of the region and the flag.

Manchester's military career:
Manchester and his partner Ga-Kwok both first traveled to Beijing (北京) to celebrate the founding of the Chinese communist nation. Manchester first entered the People's Liberation Army in 1950, after he Ga-Kwok entered Communist Party of China (中國共產黨) in the same year at the city of Shanghai (上海). He and Ga-Kwok have their own works, so they already separated as Ga-Kwok works in the hard labor at few cities under Chairman Mao Zedong (毛澤東). At the beginning of Manchester's career in military, he studied at a military academy for few years until he became a soldier for the Air Force branch at Shanghai in 1953, just when the Korean War got stopped, because of the armistice. Manchester, as a soldier gone through a lot of military training and gone through almost a lot of missions commanded by the commander and the Communist Party. He usually don't have break times, but during the important traditional holidays, when Manchester and the other soldiers go out for the reunion to their families, Manchester travels to Xi’an (西安), where Ga-Kwok bought his rented 2-floor house in 1955 to meet him and stay at his house, depending on how long Manchester can stay for, because he needs to go straight back into military. Although Manchester enjoys his military career as a soldier, but his life was very hardworking and tough, since he only has the limit of food and drink. However, Manchester is actually not tired of having the limit of things to maintain his energy, whenever he's done eating his food at different times, he always go straight to exercising for an hour until he's fully energized for more flying missions that he takes. (While during his breaktimes and before he sleeps in his hangar, he reads a lot of newspapers by the People’s Daily (人民日報), and quotations from Chairman Mao to remain self-educated on Maoism and the Party.)

Unfortunately, in 1958, when China is under the Great Leap Forward (大躍進), that agriculture rapidly transformed into the communist industrialization and collectivization, Manchester kept going through the flying missions which involves in investigating the campaign, but actually does experience watching millions of peasants die from starvation during the Great Chinese Famine (三年大饑荒) between those years, for which Manchester (and even Ga-Kwok, when he's still in hard labor in Xi'an) felt very sad by the failure of producing more needed industrial resources for the campaign. Though, Manchester has nothing to do about handling the campaign while still following Chairman Mao's personality cult, commands and his dictatorship, but survives the famine as he still continues on what missions he still has (throughout Cold War) until in 1962 that the Great Leap Forward turned into the biggest failure, for which Chairman Mao got criticized in the party conferences. Therefore, its nation's economy got into serious breakdowns. As things come more critical for Chairman Mao's dictatorship for few more years, Manchester continues to listen through his radio about the current status of Chairman Mao, its Party, and important conferences. When the radio mentions the criticism from a politician named Liu Shaoqi (劉少奇) manages to marginalise Chairman Mao's power, Manchester remains silent and didn't have any opinions to speak or think. Until the radio tells that Chairman Mao responded by launching the Cultural Revolution (文化大革命), Manchester then felt surprised, but still don't have opinions about it, as long as he remains a Maoist comrade and still support his power.

In 1966, the Cultural Revolution starts, as Chairman Mao's forces are growing stronger across the country, as the Red Guards (紅衛兵) are forcing every citizens to yell out for Chairman Mao's revolution. Manchester continues to serve as a soldier and even participates in Maoist movements outside of his base, but one year later, in 1967, when he discovered that Chairman Mao and his officials are holding the communist uprising in his and Ga-Kwok's homeland in Hong Kong (under the British empire), Manchester felt very surprised and he told the military commander about joining the uprising at his homeland, and wants to take a long hiatus, but will still remain as the member of the military. The military commander accepted his request and left the military base in Shanghai to fly back to Xi'an to meet with Ga-Kwok to tell him about the uprising that's coming in Hong Kong. Manchester's military career got stopped for some years throughout Cultural Revolution, until Chairman Mao passed away in 1976, ending the revolution.

In 1977, after the next leader, Deng Xiaoping (鄧小平) leads the country through the economic and government reform, Manchester decided to go back to his personal military career at the People's Liberation Army. He rejoins the military and continues his career as a soldier at Shanghai and in Beijing until he passed through many missions and he got moved to the air base in his ancestry home in Chengdu (成都) in 1982. Because of his amazing military talent skills, Manchester got promoted and won some general rankings, until he became a vice-commander for the People's Liberation Army Air Force in 1985, serving in the few different air bases around China. He then got promoted again, and remains in the air base in Guangzhou Military Region as the air force commander.

Manchester flies back to Beijing in 1989 to fly around the Tiananmen Square while investigating the process of the People's Liberation Army troops actions towards the democratic protestors/rioters from vandalizing and violating the laws and policies of the communist government.

Manchester stays in Shenzhen (深圳) in Guangdong Province (廣東省), which is next to Hong Kong in 1990 for the rest of his career in the mainland to have the preparements for the Hong Kong's handover to the Chinese territory, which is going to happen in 1997. In 1996, one year before the handover, as Manchester eventually got very popular of the People's Liberation Army, the Chairman of the People's Liberation Army, under the name of a leader at that time, Jiang Zemin (江澤民), made the offer for Manchester to proceed to the new military base in Hong Kong, the Shek Kong Airfield (石崗機場) because he actually knew that Manchester was born in and raised in Hong Kong. So, Manchester then fully agree on the offer and felt very excited that by the time the People's Liberation Army entered Hong Kong, then he can spend the rest of his life as the commander general, while uniting with Ga-Kwok.

In 1997, as the British government and the armed forces moved out of Hong Kong, Manchester then marched around the streets in Hong Kong until he enters the Shek Kong Airfield for his duty. Manchester appointed as the commander for the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison and earned the rank of being the general, therefore, the government officials between mainland and Hong Kong all refer and call him as "Air Force General Manchester Chung (鍾啟治空軍上將)", because of his hardworking process and his professional talent skills. So, they allowed him to serve as the commander general for many long terms until he dies in the future!

While commanding the soldiers in the military base nowadays, Manchester also has the missions too. One example is that he is sometimes assigned to fly out of Hong Kong to the Pacific Ocean to watch and protect the islands that are claimed by the Chinese government without any foreign military interventions.

Manchester is currently 90+ years old nowadays, and still remains energetic, with very strong and heavy positions. Although he's currently old, he NEVER retires!!!
