因為很久以前東亞的國家曾經有借了來自中國的漢字、比如說韓國和日本借了漢字之後就創造自己的字母。例如：
韓文字母：ㅂㅈㄷㅅㅁㄴㅇㄹ 等...
日文字幕（有兩種、而且是一樣的發音）：
（平假名）：あいうえお 等...
（片假名）：アイウエオ 等...
不過越南呢、沒有創造的字母、它就用英文字母（ABC）來表示漢字的發音（用自己的語言）。但根據你的問題、越南沒有用似拼音的方法來表示的、是用自己的。而且有些發音都像是廣東話的發音一樣的。例如：
中 - zhōng（國語）zung（廣東話）、trung（越南語）
所以每個使用漢字的國家都用自己的字母來表示漢字的發音的。

我没记错的话，越南历史上使用过一种叫做"喃字"的文字，它是利用汉字的边旁部首、遵循汉字"六书"造字法，再根据本民族特有文化概念创造的，用于记录无法用汉字表达的越南语口语的文字。其结构纷繁复杂，难写难认，加之本国知识分子对汉文明的崇拜，因此只在民间流传。由于这种字被越南当年的知识界所鄙视，它始终没能登上大雅之堂，用它书写的典籍也寥寥无几。

我刚才特意去网上查了查喃字，和传闻一样，特别难写，不过那才是能够准确记录越南语的文字。我还听说有喃字词典呢，可貌似没有批量印刷并上市，买不到。
