I haven't draw Khalel for a long time... But, today is the great day to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the handover of Macau to our motherland China! So, I'll present you with Khalel as a animal!

The one of a kind, a different Chinese jet (F-16 Fighting Falcon) with an another appearance!

Yes, this is actually my second creative furry animal that I drew!

Anyway, here is an animalized General Khalel Pang (彭語雲上將) of the People's Liberation Army Macau Garrison (中國人民解放軍駐澳門部隊), which is a fluffy, cute, and strong gray horse. Just like General Manchester Chung (鍾啟治上將) of Hong Kong Garrison, he's a 1939 year-born horse who's known for being the long-term commander, meaning that he can actually serve for many years on his later life, so, NOBODY else can take his spot, until he decides for retirement in the future...! Macau does not have the actual air force branch, it only has the ground force branch. So, even though Khalel is the only military jet in Macau, he got selected to serve as the commander for this branch. Khalel is actually the best military pals with Manchester, after they first met each other in December 20, 1999, following Macau's handover to China from the long-Portuguese rule. Khalel is even the friend of his beloved partner, Ga-Kwok (Edmonton Ng; 伍嘉國).

Because Khalel shows the same personalities as Manchester, he (and Gai-Leong) does love smelling different kinds of flowers and plants, so he is also known for how he applies his flower perfume on his entire body everyday. His body does have sweet smell that his soldiers, his friends, and other people that he knows can actually smell his fragrance while doing their own things.

Khalel also does have some great skills that he can do as a horse (and a jet as well). He can neigh like most horses do (his neigh was actually the same as this neigh .), laugh like a boy or an young adult, lick, lay, hug, sniff, or open his mouth while hugging or cuddling (Gai-Leong or his other friends), and even use his creative military weapon to aim and shoot at different targets when fighting or practicing. Besides that, he can also do some exercises, such as gong fu (kung fu), boxing, heavy weightlifting, push ups, pull ups, hurdling, running, and shooting tricks using his weapon. He's known for being one of the strongest commander of the entire People's Liberation Army, like Manchester.

Khalel sometimes do make contacts and collaborations with Manchester, when it comes to important meetings for the military and the entire nation. Plus, they even sometimes hang out together by themselves, when they have their day-offs, because of their best friendships. Therefore, the Chinese people refer to Khalel and Manchester as the "Special Administrative Region (SAR) Garrison Partners" (特別行政區駐軍夥伴).

On December of 2021, a Western airplane showed a biggest crush and full support on making friends with Khalel, whose name is Miwo , one of my watcher IlyushinPlane 's OC, who is from the country of Latvia. He is now best friends with him and the first Western friend to show big support to him.
