It was a nice morning in the island at the ocean. The two Lucarios, including Nycollas from Brazil and Ga-Kwok from China, are raising their national flag together on their flagpole. Both of them do show big patriotism to their beloved nation.

It started off as Nycollas invited Ga-Kwok to come to an lonely island at the ocean, and found the two flagpoles on the summit of the cliff. So, they walked up to the flagpoles with their own national flag, fling up the flag at the wind, and then raised it on the flagpole. They tangled the rope at the flagpole and then even hugged each other happily as they looked up their flag waving in the wind peacefully.
