Even though this is an old scrap, the character's design is pretty solid. Plus judging form some of your other scraps, I'm guessing her name is Vivian or just Vivi, she also reminds me of Wuya from "Xiaolin Showdown".

yeah, I had the Vivi character loosely based off of another character(of the same name) in an old video game :'Braindead 13'
Hopefully(possibly)she can develop into a signature personage.
I should also check out "Xiaolin Showdown", methinks
