Pixelart portrait inspired by princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) from star wars (episode IV)But as you see it was only loose inspiration – model was different.
320x256 size
32 colors
Handpixelled in Grafx2 with a mouse. No conversion, tools etc. I took about 20-30hours
I used several refs. on different stages of work, but nothing particular.
Maybe I will show more refined version later (background)
Picture was done for Amiga 500 computer.
Took third place in dedicated (oldschool gfx) demoscene competition for that platform in Goteborg (Sweden) this year.

WOW. I don't even know where to begin. When i first saw this piece, i thought it was seriously impressive and I hadn't even noticed it was made from pixels. The fact that it is made of pixels is absolutely mind blowing. This is so well thought out and executed in every aspect. Congratulations on the DD! You definitely deserve it.

I usually use tablet but last few pictures I completed with a mouse ...and it works surprisingly well
