Description

In this alternate timeline, Ginyu stops Vegeta when he abandons Goku and kills him. After that, he swaps bodies with Goku and goes onto fight Krillin and Gohan, who ends up defeating with the help of Jeice and once Goku shows up (Still in Ginyu's old body), he kills him as well. Meanwhile, Frieza learns he's unable to obtain his wish for immortality and decides to destroy Namek like he did with Planet Vegeta. Unbeknownst to Frieza, not everyone perished as after sensing the earthlings failed, Guru sends Dende to heal Nail and tells them to escape Namek, locating Bulma and escaping on Goku's ship. Once on Earth, everyone is saddened about the news of what happened on Namek, but then Mr. Popo meets with Nail and tells him about a place where he could get strong and get revenge, the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. As Nail begins training, Dende decides to become Earth's substitute guardian and restore the Dragon Balls, so they can bring back everything Frieza has taken from them. However, since Dende lacked the training received by Moori after succeeding Guru and while Popo helps him become a good guardian, it will be a while before restoring the Dragon Balls. Meanwhile, Bulma warns about the possible invasion to the Earth's King and the earthlings begin building bunkers to hide from the Frieza Force. Another invention from Bulma was the ''Scouter Web'', a series of satellites that implement scouter technology, thus detecting any power level higher than normal coming towards Earth.

Eventually, Bulma is approached by Dr. Gero who ask her to help him on his androids and have a better chance against Frieza's invasion. At first, Bulma is enraged by the idea of working with a mad scientist, but with only Nail as their sole defender, she eventually agrees for Earth's sake. When the two are ready to create androids, is Chi-Chi, who wishing to avenge her husband and son, offers herself to become an android and destroy Frieza. Besides Chi-Chi, Gero reactivated three old model androids (13, 14 and 15) to act as extra muscle against Frieza's army and after the Earth is saved, he'll take over to create his perfect world. However, Bulma never fully trusted Gero and decided to install a ''countermeasure'' in case he betrays them, this being a hidden command within the androids' programing and when his true goals are revealed, the androids will only follow her instructions. Meanwhile in Other World, Goku was again given a body by King Yemma and while he died in Ginyu's old body, they made a replica of his original one to make things less awkward. On the other hand, Vegeta was still seen as a villain and was sent down to Hell. While in Heaven, Goku decides to investigate more about his saiyan heritage and learns about the Super Saiyan legend, deciding to train on how to access that power. Being already dead, Goku can push himself to a lethal degree and rather than dying, he just goes unconscious and needs to rest for a while before continuing training, hoping his friends can restore the dragon balls and be revived to stop Frieza for good.

Will Nail become the last hope in this alternate reality? What will Ginyu do with Goku's body? When will Frieza arrive on Earth? How strong will Chi-Chi be as an android?

PS - By the way, this timeline won't visited by Future Trunks or another time traveler, as the change that diverted history occured long before any time machine was built. In this universe, old villains like Raditz, Nappa and the Ginyu Force (Save for Jeice and Ginyu) hadn't reincarnated yet (At least in this universe) is their power level. While regular evil souls don't take long before cleansed and reincarnated, those with a high power level take much longer to be purified and dwell in Hell as incorporeal ghosts (Looking like Dr. Mashirito in the Dragon Ball Super x Dr. Slump crossover). However, there's cases where exceptionally evil souls (Like Frieza) are given a body and thus making their torment even worse.
