You've been transported to the ''DC Universe'' (Or more likely a reality very similar to Prime Earth), but unlike her, you receive actual superpowers. In this new life, you are a ''Speedster'' with powers granted by a connection with the ''Speed Force'' like the several Flash and similar heroes. Besides your powers, you'll be reborn as a regular human civilian (Until developing powers), similar to yourself on our world and once here, you'll receive the memories this new you's life and seamlessly merging with your original memories.

To give more detail about your newfound powers...

You gain the power to channel power from the realm known only as the Speed Force. At first, your top speed is Mach 10 and have the necessary reflexes, finesse, durability and recovery to supplement your speed. With time and practice, this connection to the Speed Force can be strengthened, giving you far greater speed (From hypersonic to faster-than-light), phasing through solid matter by vibrating your entire body at super speed (Which also allows you to shatter things into pieces), ''steal the speed'' of things to froze them in place (As well add their speed to yours to become faster), harness the Speed Force's energy into electrical attacks, travel through time or other dimensions by vibrating or running at the right speed.

Regarding time travel, after your first visit of the past or future, you'll become ''dissociated from time''. Basically, if you or someone else changes the past you won't fade away, as the altered timeline will ensure you still are born in this new reality. When that happens, you receive the memories of your alternate self's life and don't feel out of place in this new timeline. However, if someone messes with the universe's creation and makes it never occured, then you'll simply be reborn into a parallel universe as an alternate version of you, having both your original and new memories. Thanks to your new relationship with time, you're also more resistant against those who meddle with time, being able to escape from time being frozen or looped.

PS - Instead of Prime Earth, if I could choose an alternate reality to be a speedster, it would be ''Earth 23''. On this world, Kalel of Krypton was raised Calvin Ellis, and upon adulthood became both Superman and, in his civilian identity, President of the United States. Most of the heroes are African-American and the world has experienced three world wars.
