Blueblood: [pout] Fine but if I die, it will be on your head, Sir Sentry. [Takes bite. Eyes widen with wonder as he starts shoveling more of the burger into his mouth until he is licking the wrapper.]
Flash: [Smirks and cocks a brow] Well?
Blueblood: [flinch] U-uh... It wasn't bad.
Flash: [Leans in close] Oh really? Then perhaps I should get another burger just for me?
Blueblood: I want one too! [Sees Flash's smile and looks away.] Silence! I-I can like greasy common food, can I not?

As stated before, I ship these two cause... I want to, damn it! Anyway, the two of them hang out often. Flash likes showing Blueblood the fun things about being a common pony and Blueblood likes hanging out with a pony who isn't constantly trying to suck up to him. Still, he isn't used to being treated so casually by anypony but his aunt Celestia and Luna.

If it wasn't for the 'munch munch' line it'd look like Flash gave Blueblood a 'I love you' letter and now he's trying to pressure him for a date

I had a feeling that would be the assumption hence why its there at all. Though Flash is the type of romantic dork to leave letters for his spoiled prince.

So you didn't mean it as a romance thing ? The heavy blushing speaks heavily against it, for being only Flash trying to make Blueblood be less of a snobby asshole by tasting a burger.

At this point in their relationship, they are friends but Blueblood is slightly into Flash. Flash is one of few ponies who treats him like hes just a regular pony rather than nobility. It's a nice change of pace. He just doesn't want to admit it cause its strange for him to like being treated like just-a-bud rather than related-to-royalty.

Seemingly Blueblood is slowly bending to be a normal pony from Flash's influence, anyway, which is good

Personally, I doubt he has that much power other than being apparently related to Princess Celestia somehow. I imagine him to be a noble in name only and lives off his aunt Tia and Luna's allowances. As such, BB is super spoiled but will, at times, show caring for Flash, but only him. Everyone else can continue to see him as a brat but not Flash.

On 'romantic dork', there's a comic and even a dub for it where Flash is so cocky he forgets he should do the bare minimum effort to make sure he's not trying to hit on a stallion (assuming he's not gay or bi, and in that comic he was neither), but he just goes and tries to hit on a stallion who has rather feminine colors but a standard stallion body, and gets kinda embarrassed to learn he just tried a stallion, with the other being rather mad for just gotten tried by a stallion thinking he was trying a mare
