I guess everyone seems to harbour concerns that he isn't getting any: people all want to see Art and SOME kind of female in a.... "situation"

Not familiar with her character? Hillary is an adulterous, abusive, psychotic woman who wound up one of the clients at Art's job once and abused the hell out of the position just because he's friends with her childhood enemy, Kat.
She's also enemies with Kat for no real discernible reason on their part and had used their roommate Pip in the past by pretending to date him while she was stuck working at a thrift store, slipping him roofies so he'd pass out, and then making her way into a powerful position at a modelling company via a mix of screwing their management and blackmail.
She's... well... evil. And not in the fun 'thank you Mistress may I have another' way.
