HotS, LoL, Smite, Overwatch, hell even TF2 or Counter-Strike. Lack of teamwork and worry more about self then the team has plague games since teams were made possible.
These work better with premades where roles have been designated and balanced out. When it's not premade, you wind up on teams of all snipers and no soaks or heals.
