First off, yes, they come in legally. The vast majority of undocumented immigrants in the US got into the country legally and with visas.
Secondly, bigoted against people of color, as demonstrated by the hateful attacks and words on people of color, even American citizens, let alone DOCUMENTED immigrants from Latin America.
Thirdly, if they're undocumented them, open a path to citizenship so they can be documented. Which, because, as I said, "bigoted against people of color", has been something the Republican't administration has fought against at every turn.
