They actually aknowledge in the movie that their Dinosaurs are not accurate and would look a lot different if they were accurate.

It's actually a callback to the first novel, where Wu talks with Hammond about changing the Dinosaurs to make them safer to handle and more like the public expects them.Β Given that the book is from 1990, the Dinosaur Reanisscance would not have hit the wide public.

Pretty sure it's Blue. Work at a cinema and seen the scene a couple times, the surviving raptor has a blue stripe going down it's sides. Hard to tell them apart sometimes though, so might be wrong.
