That "Bird Man" picture, I'm really digging it. It reminds me a bit of a highly muscular Kroot from Warhammer 40k. Though, I suppose that's mostly just the head spine/feathers.

How long does it take on average to "fill out" a page in your sketchbook?
Just curious because I've always wondered if artists do this in one go and have at it, or if there's some pre-planning and it just fills out over time, not necessarily in one night.
