Both Chloe and Scarlet started life in random pin-ups. Going by her popularity, this werewolf chick may, possibly, be following the same kind of development trajectory.Here's a quick size guide, showing the difference in her forms.... as well as (again) answering the "tiny head" criticisms.

The tiny head argument is rendered moot by the fact the Hulk's head never becomes overly large as Banner hulks out. It never goes to Sonic the hdegehog style proportions or anything. Often stays relatively small compared to the rest of his body.

what i always wondered though,is the "head not growing together with rest of the body" just a personal taste or is it on a level of a pet peeve for you? ^^ like it bothers you/doesn't look right if it is any bigger?
personally i don't mind it except for the really really massive bodies,i always thought if the bone structure and muscles of the bodies grow,the head could just grow as well,but i don't really mind it^^

That's gotta be some serious elastic on her panties, because looking at the relative hip sizes and positions, they stretched to at least twice or more their original size.

In any case increasing in size and mass in a matter of seconds is preposterous, but that can easily be explained with two words: "MAGIC! YAY!"
Or, if that just doesn't fly with someone because they have no imagination, you can use actual science and explain the process thusly: "Be quiet, you joyless turd, and go away."
Besides, "tiny heads" aren't just cute. They're practical. The implications of one's brain constantly changing size, potentially doubling in volume anywhere from one to several times a day or week, are... troubling. Best to just stick with one size to avoid existential quandaries of identity, the self, and consciousness. Also they're cute. Did I say that already? Because they are.

She still works as a mechanic and is now the main attraction at the road side garage were she works that is part of a larger complex like in the movie Β Bagdad Cafe.

There are "werewolves" in the LV universe, but I'm not yet sure if Jo, Sierra and the Mechanic are among them.

Well it depends on if Lycanthropes are a accepted and common thing in the LV?Β If yes, then the Mechanic would make sense, because she would be able to working her normal 9 to 5 in her werewolf from and no one would freak out about it.Β If no, then it would make more sense for Jo or Sierra. In the Rundown Jo freaked out when the guy at the diner turned in a giant wolf. It would be simple to say her heightened abilities gained her a transfer to Vikky's area.

There are lots of abnormal things that are considered normal in th LV universe. Superheroes, for example.Β
However, the only werewolves I've made note of for that universe are those that the ODA have been dealing with over the years. I'm yet to flesh out how their US counterparts manage them.

Considering Jo is a trained police office it would make sense for her to pop up on the ODA radar as a recruit or Sierra to show up as a problem.Β
