Both Chloe and Scarlet started life in random pin-ups. Going by her popularity, this werewolf chick may, possibly, be following the same kind of development trajectory.Here's a quick size guide, showing the difference in her forms.... as well as (again) answering the "tiny head" criticisms.
Head is not tiny. Body is BIG!

I was thinking that the shirt looks like it deforms some. It looks to be stretchy, but that neckline seems larger when I can't see how.

Would be interesting to see her in SA, when Art needs his scooter fixed. Although there don't seem to be any transforming folks in the SA world, they either are or aren't, and most people don't seem to notice.
(also, we never seem to see any non-anthropomorphic animals.... Scarlet and a park squirrel? Kat being chased by a dog? This never happens.)

I think the tiny head nails home that the girl's gigantic. It's not like I'd draw a giant like a chibi.

There is a pedantic part of my mind that wonders why, in the previous pic, she doesn't just use her human form to take a shower (aside from "well the scene wouldn't have been amusing then"). Is she the type who just prefers her "Were" form (like Brittney Digger) and would rather put up with the extra work than use her human form? And yes, I know that's probably taking it way to seriously.

There IS a narrative reason: something is off with her transformative ability. She has to really, really focus to maintain human form, otherwise she snaps back to wolf form.

Hmm, I made one of those "tiny head" comments earlier... though I do think now that there is precedent for it in that some real life body builder heads look tiny in comparison to their huge body mass. I guess it's all about taste!

Okay, so the pink panties look like their stretched to their limit which makes me wonder how many pairs she's gone through before she finally found a style/brand that could handle her transformation.
And on the note about head sizes. True, her head doesn't increase in size, but the bones do change shape to give her that wolf look. It would seem to me that her other bones would have to shift too - mostly lengthening and thickening to handle her larger frame. Honestly, she wouldn't have a height difference if they didn't. Additional mass on the muscles, check. The lengthening of her tail bone so she has a real tail, check. Bigger boobs ... I have no idea why those would grow like they do -- but I'm really glad they do!
So, c'mon folks. Her head is fine. If anything, it goes through less changes than the rest of her.
Oh, and some name ideas --- even though you didn't ask...

I should probably consider something "ordinary" that she doesn't roll her eyes at every time someone calls it out...
Alison, Buffy (more than one meaning there), Christina (Chris for short?), Danise, Evelyn, Francene, Grace (Really like this one for her), Harriett (Really? isn't that just a tad too close to home?), Irene, Joanna, Kaycee (most people would think "KC" - short for something?), Louetta (Lou for short?), Morgan, Nancy, Patricia (Pat for short?), Rita, Sheila, Tiffany (? naw, seems cliche somehow), Virginia, or Wilma
I think those are a good start. I could, of course, simply list all the names in the database I have, but then, the screen would be so full, no one else could comment

The muscle mass of course increases in werewolf form and would not increase the size of her head, but her bones certainly increases in size as well so shouldn't that include the skull?

Human skulls just don't grow that much anyway.
Compare the size of an infant's head to an adult's, less than a third smaller, but the body gets much bigger.

On the tiny head comment, i rember reading the original kittyhulk tiny head picture you drew (there was a villian screaming the aformented comment at her) and thinking about a cat my moms boyfriend owned. Her name is Momma Nickey, and the first thing i noticed was that her head was tiny, when i asked her owner about it he told that me she gained alot of weight during pregnancy and never lost it. So in reality her head wasnt tiny, she was just fat. So while her kittens are grown up now they are just as big as her but more muscley than their mother. I dont remeber which came first, the picture or the comment on Momma Nickey but the similarity made me laugh.
