Google translate is awful for Italian, it almost always translates wrongly entire parts of sentences because its order is based on English which is not the Italian one. Oh god no, that’s wrong, very wrong. Most of the regions are governed by countries which are totally unrelated to them!
I think like this it would be better:
Southern Calabria + Southern Puglia + Sicilia east coast: senatorial Greece.
West/central Sicilia: better with Numidia Proconsularis than with Tripolitania, former Arabic invaders were original from the former rather than from the latter (and so did the Arab dialect spoken there)
Northern Calabria + Basilicata + Northern Puglia: Illyricum
Sardegna + Campania + Abruzzi e Molise: Hispania Citerior (or Ulterior, you can decide)
Ticino and Valtellina: annexed to the Helvetic protectorate
Former State of the Church: Greater Roman world emperor directly held territory.
