Now this is a disaster I wouldn't mind paying to see. Except there's one problem: I will not live to see it.

Why this kind of artworks make us feel existencialistic about our life?Β

Because it shows us the future that we can prevent ourselves from fully realizing.

There are two big problems right now: global warming and the possible or eventual impact of an asteroid in ten or five years. I would worry about the both problems but the asteroid sounds still as a thing of sci fi movies than a very real thing that can happen to humanity; global warming is real since 1935 and I do not think in optimistic landscapes as other think. But you response is accurate to what I wanted to read in a response to such a question like that. I will visit your Deviantart account.Β

Do you think that the art we make is a tool to understand how we think? Hey, a psycho could draw magnificient paintings and still would be a dangerous loonie deserving a change of brain or a change of his/her chemicals in his/her brain. If I am a simple person, maybe my art could be easy to understand but If I am a simple person with training that premise would be harder to prove. I think that the art we all do is for to put a mask or to put special clothes for a special ocassion.Β

Art is a way of sense, logic, knowledge and emotion. So yes, I believe it's a tool for anyone to understand from God's viewpoint. C8

We both now agree in the utility of art because of its expressive potential no matter what kind of art is being used. If you mean ''GodΒ΄s viewpoint'' as a synonim for ''oneΒ΄s viewponit'' then you are saying that when we make art we are temporary gods on Earth and I agree with that afirmation because the art is a human invention but the gods are also a human invention so the god that creates living beings is the same as the human making artistic things. It is a curious comparation, usually I use to think of the people who make art as artist in the sense of humans doing what humans have been doing since we evolve towards evolutioned beings.Β

Seems to be quite right. I'm glad we can agree on that! ^w^

If we make art, we make it for at least one reason and that is explained because of our instinct as expressive animals, ''artistic animals'' that also can write, read and invent their own ways of communication.

Absolutely. That what God made us for. ^w^

If God make us artistic animals, then are not so imperfect as the people would think but we keep being imperfect.Β

And that's why history repeats itself: because we choose to learn nothing from it.

Yeah, same thing with me. I'd be gone before this event happens... If it's ever gonna be real
