Here is Boris who is the SeventyVerse version of Old Stuck Up from The Railway Series book James and the Diesel Engines, albeit with a far friendlier personality since we already have Bowler as the arrogant big diesel. Boris' fatal flaw was that he was too trusting and this led to his downfall at the hands of Addison Darnell.
