The next character from TUGS: The Bigg City Chronicles is none other than Puffa. Unlike the original show where his design was basically a modified DRG Class 80 with an open wagon meant to represent a tender, Puffa is based on Albion Lumber Co. No. 5, a wood-burning tank locomotive with an additional tender. I've also given a moustache.
