I haven't heard/thought/seen/heard any vague reference to Rescue Rangers in years. Haha...why a flaming ice cream cone? And maybe he does have some odd relation to Sally; that's why I'd think you'd draw him. 'Cause, you know, you have that huge Sally fetish and all.
