Fascinating style. The body structure and poses are spot on. Nice muscle-work.
I love the detailed patterns on their skin, their hair and their eyes. Interesting choice of colour for air... a much better choice than just grey/silver/transparent, like most commonly seen. Earth's hair is particularly nice.

i think the colours work well with their repective element. i like how you chose green for air... maybe its because i play so many video games, but a lot of games will have green for wind spells, and blue for water.... so i think its a good choice!
great job with the poses, too! and the colouring!

the whole conceptis clearly presented but i think it was a bit cliche' forme. the colors worked well with that of your concept. keep up the good work!
