Everybody's favorite undercover Interpol detective and martial artist, Chun Li, ready to kick ass... still early work in progress.

This picture started as a simple doodle for 's cosplay research. In the end, I decided to touch it up a little and turn the sketch into something presentable on DA (since it's been so long since I posted...)

did some of the digital coloring and shading. but most importantly, she posed for the drawing. It's unbelieveable what a close match she is to Chun li's body form. Thin, very high waist, long, strong legs, not to mention the right hair and eye color. On top of that, she's an excellent martial artist, too. This, my friends, will be one breathtaking cosplay.

I was hoping to finish this piece by now, but unfortunately I just have no time - busy, busy, busy! The workload at work is relentless, and in my "free time" i have to tend to my car - blew the transmission... but that's a different story.

I'm also working on another take on a Chun Li drawing - so this one will wait a bit longer for completion. For now, I'll just post it here as a work in progress
