I actually kinda think the dairy breed looks smaller than it actually would be. I'm thinking five to seven extra cup sizes, and then we can call that accurate.
Also, it may just be me, but this picture makes Cerea's juggs look a little smaller than in the show. At least, I think it looks that way.

Yea they're definitely smaller in this picture.
It might be just because they used her as the template for the generic breed of centaur, and were trying to show that their boobs aren't as big as the dairy breed.
