Running with your headcanon of using different styles of ears to represent humanized ponies and their respective type, do you think Griffons would have similar ears to pegasi?

Nope, griffons are kind of like a whole different race. Hard to tell from the picture, but Gilda actually has feather hair instead of normal follicle hair like the other ponies do. Her ears are also smaller than a normal person's ears, in line with birds which have no visible ears.
