what's the deal with her, anyway?  I know her playstyle is basically a fusion (ala Double in skullgirls).  not sure what the backstory is

Uh she's an anime-inspired girl who has a glove with a secret power by learning any fighting move she sees and she lives with her granny. Also she might be related to Raidou and Ayane. Personality wise, she's a sexualised version of Kokoro.
