yesterday's warmup - Chinali from my happenstance world.

Chinali is an alien. There's a bit of backstory, but she's from the outer rim of the Milky way (Star Wardens haven't branched out that far, galaxy being a big place and all that). She ended up a refuge on Earth, quickly befriending Snow Bunny and others. Granted, it's not just that she's from another planet, she also has super powers. More specifically, she can channel the same ethereal energies that Miasma can (this definitely undermines the Cult that's after Miasma, as they thought that Earth was sooooo important that the totems were only found there). Personality wise she's super chill, a bit naive to earth customs, sexually comfortable, and can read people with uncanny accuracy.

... I should also mention a couple points about the greater universe. One of the strangest quirks is that there are humans on planets all across the galaxy.
... again, NO, it's not the fault of ALIENS.
For a legit unknown reason, civilizations have humans in it all across the galaxy. They just grow in places. This completely baffles scientists. Naturally, there's differences to each planet (skin tones, height, build) just like we have pigmentation differences here. And each planet has its own set of fantastical races (like we have orcs and elves and nekomatta). But the baseline genetic human code seems to just pop up everywhere naturally (just like how star systems seem to pop up naturally).
Of course, this drives scientists mad. They hate this inexplicable fact. :c
