Description
In happenstance, one of the greater everpresent threats to sane society is WRAITH (the World Reorganizational Agency). They're a shadow league of manipulators that do their best to control the world as efficiently as possible while mitigating loose ends. This fellow was formerly among their ranks: a brilliant field operations general.

... That changed, when the WRAITH operation he was commanding was intercepted by rogue acting members of the South Florida Division (namely Commander Cruel). Cruel (being a cave troll) got his hands on this baddie and "beat some sense into him nearly to death." He did survive and get away, though ... and with this severe beating he had a new awakening.

Since then he has broken free from WRAITH and formed his own Striker Unit. Initially he just drew away a significant part of the WRAITH spec ops teams, but since then he's been usurping power in various militant terror cells. ... Along with some eccentric underlings, he's also picked up new linguistic habits; namely constant high-pitched screaming and intense profanity. His initial taunts to SOMBRA when he announced his independence went something along the lines of "YOU MISERABLE LITTLE -----!!! THINKING YOU COULD ---- -- ----- WITH THAT TROLL!! HE ONLY ----- ------ -- METAPHORICALLY AND I HAVE NOW BEEN ------ ------- REBORN, -------!!"

... on the plus side, subtlety is no longer in his repertoire and there's no question whether or not it's him or an impostor.
