напоминает Majesty немного, особенно учитывая словосочетание "фэнтезийная стратегия"
вопрос: вы их сразу рисуете маленькими - вот как здесь, или сначала большими (типа 1000х1000)а потом уменьшаете?

i don't know what game it is, but it's very beautiful, and respecting the taste of old pixel art / orthogonal view, with a soft touch in the rendering of the tiles. is it pixel or vector art ?
