This is gorgeous.
You have an amazing ability to create and blend with traditional mediums.
I think your rendering of his eyes ais my favourite part. The shading you have put in around his eyes not only helps define his bone structure, but also gives the illusion of the reflection of his glasses. The shading on his cheeks is perfect. It is beautifully subtle and creates just the right amount of shape for his face.
I also really love how you've cropped and framed the portrait. It is a great shape and he pops just so.
