Something I took month or so back, love it and hate it in equal measures, maybe looks a bit ugly and it`s definitely lost sharpness since a re-size.Hopefully,someone will enjoy.
Thanks for checking it out & supporting my friends.

Amazing. I thought it was a carcass of a ship when my eyes looked at it for some split seconds.
The whole scene is interesting, it has a very strong sense of depth. The fact that one steel plate is missing doesnt disturb too.
I could go on about the sky and shadows, but I wont Keep it up.

So surreal, this crazy statue, the church looks miniature!
And I love the shadows and colours, they add to the drama of this picture. Nice!

Many thanks Diana,it`s the angle of course that`s throwing you that perception,it`s actually quite big that place

Well, I can imagine, such churches and cathedrals usually dominate the landscape.
You're welcome.

nice shot composition ofcourse works perfectly, sky is a little blown out in some areas.

Dabbled with it,but not religiously shooting RAW by any means.
One day I will take the exact same pic with exact same settings via RAW and Peg and maybe see for myself what the fuss is about

lol SHOOT IN RAW, esp if u do any exposure blending or hdr.
raw holds a lot more data and being able to edit a 16bit tiff if better then editing in an arse sized jpeg with 1/3 the information.

I cannot imagine hating it...You're mad. Though I understand in a way as I hate a lot of my shots after over-analyzing them for too long.
This though...incredible. Wide angle...I don't know how I lived with out mine...I just happen to LOVE this!

No problem darling.
I just realized I hadn't been watching you.
Now I am.
Sometimes at three in the morning I make silly mistakes.
I'm sure you can understand.

even with any misgivings you may have, this subject was still captured GORGEOUSLY.
I entreat you to look again and see how the lighted sky not only helps guide the user's eye to the focus of the picture, but also creates this doubled effect of tracing from two view points. An intimate first-person view of the subject from ground-level. And an imaginary 3rd-person perspective of the sky looking down on the fallen figure.
Interesting catch!
