Description
Something I took month or so back, love it and hate it in equal measures, maybe looks a bit ugly and it`s definitely lost sharpness since a re-size.Hopefully,someone will enjoy.
Thanks for checking it out & supporting my friends.

Great shot of a great subject. I love interesting "statues" like this. It reminds me a little of that great statue at the National Harbor (Washinton, DC) of the giant being swallowed whole by the earth <[link] )> because of the massive appearance of this head ... makes me wonder where the rest of the body went.

I really like the concept, Jonathan. It inspires thought (something my braincells hav'nt seen for a while). I like the detail in the lower part of the shot below the clouds. I agree that the loss of sharpness in the clouds takes something away from this shot, but, here's a thought, crop it to just above the top of the sculpture leaving just a millimeter or so of clouds above it. It would be more of a concept piece than a picture, you know?
It's up to you though, but I like it and I'm gonna run withwhat the image has sparked in my head...So there!
It is nice work. It's just the brightness in the clouds foiled you that day
Still gonna fav

Solid suggestion,it may throw off the balance overall, but it could actually work too,I`ll have a fiddle

You'll get it or re-shoot it
It's too god of a composition to not get that shot. It's so...funky to look at

For sure,I`m thinking a moody stormy session in B&W would work well for this one again sometime

It looks like a world where robots rule and one of them malfunctioned and fell apart... I enjoy it! haha, and created my own story about it inside my head.

I love that and how your kooky mind gets through the day
I got that vision in my head now Sherstin and I think I`ll change the title to something more apt & apocalyptic (wasn`t happy with it to be honest) and dedicate it to you

What an amazing juxtaposition. I think it is great that there is a resurgance of street sculpture. I know that in my home city, melbourne, it really gives me something to link to the environment.

Stunning mate. So incredibly stark. Pity the sky got so blown-out around the centre, some detail in there would have helped a bit. Still a cracker though.

It`s not an award winning skyline I know and it wouldn`t have hurt for sure to have some more detail, but it honestly doesn`t bother me that much though
Thanks very much for the kind praise Zorro!

Nice Johnny. The pic might fall into the area of conceptual photography. The Fallen face looking down to a mosaic looking ground. The church looking like building with a clock giving a time of day. The sky is looking to be anything but good. I guess that could be saying it's the end of times. Not sure. It sure is an interesting image and beauty may not be of the most interest here.

Jonny I use a free tool to resize my photos after they're done. It's from VSO and after you install it it's available through right click mouse. I usually set the options to 1600x1200 at quality above 95% and the results are great. Tell me what you think: [link]
