Description
A vertical take of the Urban Ant farm, aka "Lloyds of London",ever so slender slightly off-kilter.Annoyingly you only have to lift your butt to fart and you can ruin your carefully composed frame with a fisheye, not saying that was the case here,I was well behaved
Have a good one, thanks for looking
Canon 40D

Last time I was in London I went to that part of town to see Foster's 30 St Mary Axe, but I lost far more time observing this building. I just fell in love with it, it's so industrialized, honest in its use of the technical conditionants in the composition of its form (I adore how elevators, AC vents and the structure itself is used to design its facades), and is also very reminiscent of the cyberpunk culture.
I've never been inside of the building, but I know it from pictures and research, and I know it's also very expressive and factory-like. Your photo truly captures this spirit, highlighting every piece of metal and concrete through the colour exposure, and condensing the maximum amout of information in the less space possible, in the true way of the exaltation of the industrial age that the architect Richard Rogers more or less follows.
Needless to say, I loved your picture. Also, sorry about the long text lol.

Yeah,I agree, this has an extremely unique exterior and I loved the inside too and there`s far more eye candy to Lloyds than the Gherkin, though I would love to go in and shoot and see what that`s like too
Thanks buddy
