I meant that I lived in Wales, and sadly havent been around Gwent. I was shooting mostly around carmarthenshire and that area, is it really the best?

I haven`t spent much time in Carmarthenshire to be honest and never been shooting there,Gwent isn`t the most scenic of Counties so that`s what I meant by you didn`t miss much

Ahhh, Yeah, the coast around there is really nice to shoot, and the landscape out towards Llandilo is nice, but its not the best im sure : )

Our local tower was built as part of the WPA ( works project act) during the great depression we also had the second longest stone wall built in the world at the same time.

Thank you Fuzzy,I was actually back there this evening funny enough and took 40 odd shots
Downside is my main PC has gone down tonight (typing this on 5 year old backup) with all of them on and it`ll probably have to be sent away

You know I remember back in the Summer of `07 when the Ranchman and I were striking up our DA friendship, you were one of the very next people to start watching me and I recall you saying something along the lines "I`ll add you but you have to promise to take more Castle shots for me ok?"...something like that anyway
This is another one for you then Eve,thanks for enjoying

Even though you haven't photographed many castles lately, I'm still thoroughly enjoying your version of the many places in the UK that I never saw in all the 30 years I lived there, and most probably never will.
