Dag yo, better than any vector work I've ever done. Though I must agree with Jawnart, Photoshop is kind of an odd choice. Illustrator, or at the very least Flash, would be a better choice for vector work.

well photoshop is a program for bitmap images, like photos, so it's weird to see that you used photoshop for such a thing. illustrator is the program you use for vector!
