This is for 's contest. She wanted a picture of her sad rainbow girl OC Wanda.IM NEVER DRAWING ANOTHER RAINBOW AGAIN. EVER. IN MY LIFE. Sketchbook Pro got so mad at me because I kept using the blur tool on the hair to try and get it to blend. In the end i didn't even need to use it tho and it drove me crazy cuz then i started the hair all over again. :I oh, well, BUT THE HAIR. THATS THE BEST HAIR IVE EVER DRAWN IN MY LIFE. EVEN IF I DONT WIN THE HAIR MAKES ME SO HAPPY
