Pencil on paperI don't really know what to say about this piece. My feelings about it keep changing and the message I take from it seems to vary.
I spent just over 90 hours on it.

I don't understand. How is it possible to scan such large-scale works? What scanner is large enough?

I have it professionally scanned at a printing studio. its a bit expensive but worth it for the potential prints in future.

... I'm not sure about the tree... for some reason I both like it, and don't like it. Possibly the "don't like it" thought is because I saw your "The Apple" first, which is an absolutely stunning piece.
But the rocks, they're just amazing. I love photography that shows Zen gardens with rocks stacked in this way, and this captures everything about those.
