A world designed after oceanica, with fishlike vehicles and molluskine edifices. the curves and angles imply a vast ocean once engulfed the landscape. as it receded the higher sentient life forms, all aquatic, took to breathing oxygen and erected vast cities. Still a little bit of the fishyness remained.
