I would like a Nikkormat!

Where did you get yours and how much did you pay for it, if you don't mind me asking?

I really appreciate BW film shots, cos I have tried it with Ilford film and it has been disastorous on every occasion... But I try and try and one day I will be better!

I haven't used Kodak BW, though. Lovely results with this one, great work!

I don't mind at all. It has been in my family since '71, when it was bought in Japan

I'm doing some play with Ilford XP2 Super now, and it works great during different light conditions. Only problem is on sunny days, where ISO 400 is a bit of a pain

That's really cool- a camera passed down from generation to generation! History of lots of pics taken with it, then!

XP2 is great, cos you can process it at a normal lab, as it's C-41! But yeah, as you say, 400 is a bit fast for day time... Try Ilford FP4 125. The right speed for bright daylight and nice strong contrast. Lots of detail, too.
