Subject: A Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake.

The title is a reference to the popular "Gadsden flag"(the first flag flown in battle by the Continental Marine Corps during the American Revolution), which featured the image of an Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake and the phrase "Don't Tread on Me".

Despite modern political propagandist use, I personally prefer to allow the imagery to remind me of the band Metallica's self-titled "Black Album" (which also featured visual reference to the Gadsden flag on it's cover), and it's song "Don't Tread on Me."
