Specifically, one who watches other people during their private moments.
The definition has expanded in recent times, though, with the advent of Reality TV; In and of itself, Reality TV is essentially Voyeurism: you're watching the private moments of someone else's life. Given, a lot of it now is staged, etc., the concept remains the same.
