Dude what is your issue? First of all everyone who sees this KNOWS who it belongs to and second, his artist comment has NO content of him saying it is his work, he is not claiming it as his own nor is he saying he drew it. It's like posting a "print screen" image or posting a motivational poster. Why not back off this guy's case and mind your own business.

Posting "print screen," pictures and motivational posters are even worse, seeing as you took someones' art without permission, and aren't giving proper credit the majority of the time. Not everyone who sees this KNOWS who it belongs to, and by putting it in YOUR OWN gallery people tend to assume it's your work unless they've seen it before, seeing as it's YOUR gallery, for YOUR work. And regardless of what you say, it's still against the ToS. I was perfectly fine backing off, in fact, he didn't respond to my message so I left it be for months, then you decided to bother with this months later. If you keep responding to me trying to justify something that clearly goes against ToS, obviously I'm going to respond back to you.
