How the heck do you get a licence from Nintendo? And how to I get one? Do I need one? Will they even look at us and take the effort to reply? Ahh so many questions!

Just send them an email. I got a licence with funamation. I don't think you would need one if you keep your sales low. I plan to open a store so ide rather be safe.
