i never really liked loonatics unleashed when i was younger and it came, just for the fact that it had to do with looney tunes and it was too serious and never really funny, but great pic!

In one fan-fic, a bomb strike kills all the Loonatics -except Tech, who, through explosive regeneration, survives. He becomes an immortal, unkillable, unstoppable solo agent.
He WAS underutilized in the tv show, just staying in the lab devising weapons for the "Away Team". Like my "Q" (Dr. Frankenbeans , who would devise weapons for Casper & Co. to deploy ...)

Yeah, but he started doing more stuff on season 2; in fact, in one episode, he shoots several enemies down with a machine-gun-like device, and while doing it, he was howling like a real coyote.
