Since Vilgax still has his alien strength, is just fair that Ben can use his shape-shifting, namely XLR8, Diamondhead, and Humungousaur

He and Vilgax trade some hard hits until Ben morphs into Big Chill to phase through Vilgax and evade an uppercut.

Me - And we begin with them trading some hard blows. Vilgax rears back...but misses the uppercut! Actually let me rephrase that, it went through Big Chill. Ben morphed and phased through his punch.

Ben morphs into Humungusaur again, and punches Vilgax's head at full power.

Me - Ben morphs again and...oh my. It's Humungousaur...and...does Vilgax still have a head?

Vilgax, angry, punches back, connecting a few hits, until Ben morphs to Fourarms and hits him back with the four fists at once.

Me - Vilgax forces Ben to become Fourarms off a few punches causing him to deal with four fists at once...all of them gloved...strange.

Vilgax, angry, punches back and Ben blocks by using his 4 arms at once.

Me - Vilgax punches back, but it's blocked by all four arms of Ben.

Vilgax, angry, tries again but Ben switches to Rath and connects a mighty uppercut.
Ben/Rath- Let me tell you something, Vilgax; Rath is gonna hurt you!!! A lot!!! *wild punching*

Me - And Ben is now Rath, and is just going wild on Vilgax, connecting an abundance of punches.

Vilgax goes down but he stands in 8, very angry.
Rath/Ben - Let me tell you something, Vilgax; Rath is now changing!!! *changes to Shocksquatch and gives Vilgax an electric punch at full force*

Nate - Rath announces Ben's strategy and Vilgax is shocked by Ben's next punch.

Ben now morphs into XLR8 again, and attacks Vilgax at super speed from several angles.

Nate - And speaking of...Ben is back to speed with XLR8 and coming at Vilgax from several angles.

Vilgax gets completely defensive, trying to connect a punch in the right moment, but Ben switches to Ben-Victor at the last moment, giving Vilgax a mighty uppercut.

Nate - Vilgax rattled with the uppercut!
TK - Vilgax dropped his defense to try striking XLR8, but Ben switched to Ben-Victor at the right moment and caught him flush.

Frankenstrike gives him a double electric punch, sending Vilgax to the canvas.
Vilgax manages to stand up in 8.

Nate - And Vilgax is up at eight after the double dose of electricity.

Vilgax - I'll crush you now!!! *attacks but Ben changes to NRG and the punch does no damage*

Nate - Said defense being stand there as NRG.

Vilgax, angry, throws several punches at Ben/NRG, but his body armor is just too strong. Ben resists like this until the round ends.

Nate - And this round ends as Vilgax is unable to make a dent in his opponent.

They return to their corners, waiting for next round to start.
