Yes, ,just a few days ago, a diner cancelled their "kids' happy hour" (kids and their parents may eat at special discounts) because not only did many kids break dishes and glasses, but their parents made NO attempt to discipline them. If asked to pay for the broken utensils, the parents objected, saying kids need to express themselves !
