Bleet, unlike Mahr, isn't interested in becoming a pro-fighter, but he wants to learn self-defense because, so far, he usually depends on his friends for protection, and he doesn't feel it's fair for them.
Mahr, on the other hand, is eager to become a great fighter, and this obviously means she has to fight the best ones in order to improve herself.

Bleet has a lot in common with Landslide. Sure, he may not look the part, but he's a pretty big geek. He's a chronic insomniac with a love of science, a shop to build anything, and the motivation and knowledge to do it. He was picked on a lot for being a nerd in school which carried over until he decided to use his talents and skills for crime.
He learned self defense too late, though. He was killed (which is how he became a cyborg), a lesson about criminal life. It always catches up eventually.

Yeah, I usually don't do that on my fight pics, but this time it worked to really show how strong is Mahr, despite facing a more experienced opponent.

Rouge- Are you kidding? I have a 200 wins, 10 loses, and 5 draws' record! I'll beat apart this wolf.
(They fight 15 rounds, and end quite hurt... but the judges give the victory to Mahr, since Rouge fell to the canvas 5 times during the fight while Mahr only fell 2 times)
