I watched very little of the TMNT ,but watching the feature film told why Shredder is so tied in with the TMNT. (the earliest version of the origin story had Matt Murdock acquire his super-senses -and his blindness- from the same mutagen that made the TMNT and their mentor.)
I know nothing of Mona Lisa or her powers. I do have two mutants or bio-engineered kids Atavism and Throwback who can change -whenever they handle swamp water- into giant frogs ! Renny and Buffy Rojack.
