Well, I felt like drawing good ol' Spaceman Spiffy here.For the uneducated:
Duo is basically an intergalactic police officer. He goes around the universe distributing assbeatings to evildoers.
Also, he's quirky, even by MegaMan standards.
I belive MegaMan's first encounter with Duo went something like this.
Duo: "I MUST DESTROY THE EVIL! *whoops the crap out of MegaMan, busts down a wall and runs off*"
Slight edit here.
After looking at this pic again, I can't believe I wasted my time on it. It looks absolutely horrible. I'm going to redo it sometime soon, hopefully, I won't half-ass it that time.
