A Recent Book Cover Commission for the Author Jamie Jones.The scene needed to look blurry with much motion to work for the requirements of the Author.
The Scene is the main character from the book Stopping the train by force. He has superpowers but the goal is to save the passengers from the train derailing.

Yes a similar scene is spider man 2. I have not read the book though but the scene is quite different.
